It's also heavy, and it requires two hands to click the carrier into the base and detach it from the base. In our tests we took about 5 minutes to put the UPPAbaby v2 together. This is a bit rapid when you consider the amount of time it can save by not having to remove each piece. Most of these models have an easy process for attaching and removing the toddler seat, but there are other options as well.
